Monthly Storage Agreement: ONE CLICK STORAGE

By signing up, paying, and moving your belongings into ONE CLICK STORAGE, you agree to these terms. Please read carefully.

Key Points
  1. Contract Type: Monthly, recurring, with a 1-month notice required to cancel.
  2. Notice Period: You must give at least 1 month’s calendar notice (from your subscription date) to end your contract. Access will continue until the cancellation date.
  3. ONE CLICK STORAGE Rights
    • Access to your unit may be restricted if fees are unpaid.
    • If you fail to pay your goods may be disposed of with 1 month’s written notice.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Storage & Access
  • You may store goods in the unit assigned to you. ONE CLICK STORAGE does not monitor or take possession of your goods.
  • Access is during posted hours, and changes may occur with notice.
  • You are responsible for the actions of anyone you allow to access your unit.

Payments & Costs
  • Storage fees must be paid monthly, in advance.
  • Late or unpaid fees may result in restricted access, additional charges, or disposal of goods as outlined in the Default & Disposal section.
  • Any government taxes or additional costs (e.g., cleaning fees) are your responsibility.

Default & Disposal
  • Access to your unit will be restricted if payments are overdue.
  • If payment is not made, and you fail to respond to communications, ONE CLICK STORAGE may dispose of your goods with 1 month’s written notice.
  • Abandoned goods will be treated as defaulted and subject to disposal under this section.

Prohibited Items
  • Do not store: 
    • Perishable items, living creatures, or flammable materials.
    • Illegal, stolen, or hazardous goods.
    • Items of high personal or sentimental value.

Insurance
  • All goods are stored at your sole risk. You must have insurance in place at all times. You may provide your own cover (with a valid certificate) or use our in-house insurance, which will be applied automatically if no proof of cover is supplied. ONE CLICK STORAGE accepts no liability for loss or damage to your goods. 

Liability
  • ONE CLICK STORAGE does not accept liability for loss or damage to goods. It is your responsibility to have adequate insurance in place.
  • We are not responsible for events outside our control, such as natural disasters or third-party actions.

Move-In Fee & Padlock
  •  A padlock and key are provided with your rental. A one-off fee of £30 is charged on the day of move-in to cover administration and check-in costs. This fee is non-refundable.

Termination
  • Either party may terminate the agreement with 1 month’s written notice.
  • All goods must be removed by the agreed termination date. Any goods left behind will be treated as defaulted and disposed of as outlined in the Default & Disposal section.

Privacy
  • ONE CLICK STORAGE complies with UK GDPR regulations.
  • Your personal data is used solely to manage your account and will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Data may be shared with authorities if required by law.

General
  • This agreement is governed by UK law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, either party may seek resolution through the appropriate legal channels.
