HOW IT WORKS
- What do you provide? We offer secure 20ft & 10ft self-storage containers with 24/7 access. Book online, store your items, and access them whenever you need.
ACCESSING YOUR UNIT
- How do I get access? You'll receive an email with instructions before your move-in date. This will include your unique PIN code to enter the secure facility gates. Prior to your move-in date, a member of our team will contact you to arrange a convenient check-in time. At this appointment, we’ll provide a quick container demo and hand over your padlock and key.
- Are padlocks provided? Yes, each container comes with an individual padlock and key, provided at your check-in.
OPENING HOURS
- When are you open? You can access your container 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Is the site staffed? No, this is an unstaffed, self-access site.
PARKING & UNLOADING
- How close can I park? You can park directly outside every container for easy loading and unloading.
- Are trolleys available? No, trolleys are not provided, so please plan accordingly.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
- How do I book a unit? Book online—it’s quick and easy. Phone bookings are also available if you’d prefer to speak to the team.
- Is there a move-in fee? Yes, a one-off £30 fee is charged on your move-in day to cover administration and check-in costs. This fee is non-refundable.
- Can I cancel my booking? Yes. You can cancel via your online account, WhatsApp, phone call, or email to the team—before your move-in date.
INSURANCE
- Do I need insurance? Yes, all customers must have insurance in place for their stored goods.
- What are my options? Use our in-house insurance at £3.99 per week, per container, which provides a minimum of £5,000 cover. Or arrange your own insurance and provide us with a valid certificate before your move-in date. If we don’t receive proof of your own insurance, our in-house cover will be automatically applied to your account.
MOVING OUT
- How do I move out? Cancel your storage via your online account, WhatsApp, phone call, or email to the team.
- Will I get a refund? Payments are monthly in advance and non-refundable.
