Book online, store your items, and access them whenever you need.

Accessing Your Unit
  • How do I get access?
    You'll receive a email with instructions before your move-in date. This will include your unique PIN code to enter the facility secure gates.
  • Are padlocks provided?
    Yes, each container comes with an individual padlock, one of our team will meet you to provide this on your first entry.

Opening Hours
  • When are you open?
    We’re open 24/7 for your convenience.
  • Is the site staffed?
    No, this is an unstaffed, self-access site.

Packing and Unloading
  • How close can I park?
    Parking is either adjacent to your storage container or a short walk, depending on the unit selected.
  • Are trolleys available?
    No, trolleys are not provided, so plan accordingly.

Booking and Payments
  • How do I book a unit?
    Book online—it’s quick and easy. Phone bookings are not available.
  • Can I cancel my booking?
    Yes, cancellations must be made online before your move-in date.

Moving Out
  • How do I move out?
    Cancel your storage online through your account.
  • Will I get a refund?
    Payments are monthly in advance and non-refundable.

Insurance
  • Do I need insurance?
    We recommend you obtain insurance cover that matches the value of your stored items.
