Accessing Your Unit
- How do I get access?
You'll receive a email with instructions before your move-in date. This will include your unique PIN code to enter the facility secure gates. - Are padlocks provided?
Yes, each container comes with an individual padlock, one of our team will meet you to provide this on your first entry.
Opening Hours
- When are you open?
We’re open 24/7 for your convenience. - Is the site staffed?
No, this is an unstaffed, self-access site.
Packing and Unloading
- How close can I park?
Parking is either adjacent to your storage container or a short walk, depending on the unit selected. - Are trolleys available?
No, trolleys are not provided, so plan accordingly.
Booking and Payments
- How do I book a unit?
Book online—it’s quick and easy. Phone bookings are not available. - Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations must be made online before your move-in date.
Moving Out
- How do I move out?
Cancel your storage online through your account. - Will I get a refund?
Payments are monthly in advance and non-refundable.
